Bob Johnson has coached girls AAU basketball for the past 20 years. Over that span of time his teams have won 5 state titles and made seven appearances at the AAU National Tournament  He also coached Wi Elite to the 2021 usjn tournament of Champions Title.  His overall record for the time span is 1265-399. Coach Johnson has coached  over 185 student athletes  including 61 Division 1 girls who have continued their basketball careers at various levels of college basketball.

Jerry Schwenn has coached girls club basketball for the past 18 years and high school girls basketball for the past 21 years.  He is in his 6th year as the Head Girls Basketball Coach at DeForest Area High School, following 13 years as an assistant varsity coach.  During that time the Lady Norskies have won nine conference championships and made four state tournament appearances.

Coach Schwenn was previously the Head Girls Basketball Coach at Monona Grove High School.  Coach Schwenn is a Physical Education teacher in the DeForest Area School District and has a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership.

Jerry resides in Windsor with his wife, Sindy, their daughters, Ava and Brinley and son Brycen.

Caitlin O'Connell has coached girls high school basketball for the past 6 years.  She graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Madison with a double major in Business in 2018.  She moved back to her hometown and began coaching for her high school program, Waunakee, under a new coaching staff, where she is the Varsity Assistant Coach. She helped lead Waunakee Girls Basketball to a Regional Title in 2022.

Caitlin has helped out with her previous AAU program, Wisconsin Elite Girls Basketball, since graduating from Waunakee in 2014.  She came on as a Director for the club in 2022.

Caitlin works for her family businesses and bought a house in Dane last year, where she lives with her pup, Covah.

Brandon Hollis has been a coach for the Wisconsin Elite Girls Basketball program since 2021 and came on as a director in 2022. He is the Assistant Coach for the Albany - Monticello High School junior varsity and varsity girls’ basketball teams, who won the WIAA Division 5 State Championship in 2024. He has also been a youth backetball coach for the Albany Junior Comet League since 2015. 

Brandon is a graduate of Belleville High School and currently lives in Albany with his wife Amy, and their basketball minded daughters Abby and Raegan. When he is not coaching or being a girl dad, he works for the village of Brooklyn. Brandon is a 2019-2020 recipient of the WIAA Distinguished Service Award.
